Allen-Ayuk Behavioral Health Center has been empowering and advocating in the state of Maryland since 2015. Our Out Patient Mental Health Clinic (OMHC) and Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) use a person-centered approach that emphasizes your needs and is empowered by your choice. Our methods feature flexible community –based services and supports; uses existing community resources and natural support systems’ and promotes independence and meaningful living. We connect our clients to resources that promote vocational skills, educational development, and leisure activities, all within their own community.

ABHC Out Patient Mental Health Clinic

ABHC provides comprehensive Out Patient mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults with mental and/or behavioral health needs that impact their ability to function in their community. Through Psychotherapy, and medication management our program strives to promote an effective course of treatment that leaves the client in control of their success while we provide support along the way.

Our OMHC provides

  • Individual, couple and group pyscho-therapy
  • Medication evaluations and management
  • Identifying Community Resources

ABHC Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program

A Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) works to assist individuals living with mental illness to reach a higher level of independence and improve their overall quality of life.Our PRP program will assist individuals and families with accessing and coordinating services within the community.Our staff will support, advocate for, and empower individuals to reach their goals. PRP Staff will meet individual needs through one-on-one and group sessions, which can focus on:

  • Social Skill Development
  • Emotional and Physical Self-Care
  • Independent Living Skills
  • Symptom Management
  • Community Living Skills
  • Identifying Community Resources

Health Insurance

We accept Maryland Medicaid, as well as self-pay.
